In the role of Director of Engineering at Imaginuity, Richard oversees the development department operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture and ensuring that team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met. Richard says, “I'm most passionate about fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth within my team. I thrive on helping my team members reach their full potential, both professionally and personally. I'm also deeply committed to staying at the forefront of technology trends and guiding my team to deliver high-quality solutions that make a meaningful impact.”
After graduating from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems, Richard spent 20 years in development and worked in all facets of the development process. He’s worked with a diverse group of clients, including AIG, Intuit, Goosehead Insurance, Service Experts, and HomeVestors® of America. About his time with Imaginuity, Richard remarks, “I have a strong appreciation for the family atmosphere at Imaginuity. Our dedication to collaboratively tackling challenges for our clients allows us to effect significant positive transformations in their brands.”
Outside of work, Richard enjoys fishing, cheering on his sons during their sporting activities, and exploring new destinations.
