Director, Technology


As Director of Technology, Jon collaborates with technology leaders in the organization to implement the overall technology strategy and direction for our portfolio of clients. He evaluates new technologies and ensures that the appropriate technologies are implemented effectively to guarantee profitability and security. “I’m passionate about innovation and optimization; challenging the status quo in technology, processes, and systems; and solving problems and pain points for the organization and my teammates,” says Jon.

After earning his bachelor’s degree in Web Development & Interactive Media from The Art Institute of Dallas, Jon started the first decade of his career overseeing the development of web applications and websites for clients such as Frito-Lay and Raising Cane’s. Since joining Imaginuity __ years ago, Jon has led the technology implementations for Beal Bank, HomeVestors® of America, American National Bank of Texas, Goosehead insurance, JLL, SonicWall, and many others. Regarding Imaginuity, Jon says, “Imaginuity has a great culture. We all get along, help each other out, and even enjoy spending time with each other outside of work hours. We have some of the best people here, and I’m excited for our future.”

When he’s not making important technology decisions at the office, Jon’s making important BBQ decisions at home. “Cooking Texas BBQ is a family affair in my house. We all get involved in the prep and the slow-and-low cooking.” In addition to BBQ, Jon, along with his wife, spends time with their two daughters, teaching them and watching them discover the world.
