Jonathan Abbott

Senior Director, User Experience

Jon serves as Senior Director of User Experience, leading the development and defining of the user experience strategy across multiple devices and platforms. This requires an understanding of the customer behaviors and needs for each client’s business, and meeting those needs with the latest in technology trends. “I love learning each client’s business needs & objectives and the customer psychology required to excel in User Experience,” says Jon. “Researching the customer’s behaviors and needs, then marrying those needs with the client’s business needs and objectives, allows me to merge my passions of psychology, marketing, and technology.”

Since graduating from Texas Christian University with a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Jon has spent almost three decades developing and implementing customer experiences for brands, including Goosehead Insurance, American Airlines, Bahamas Ministry of Tourism, JCPenney, Entrust Datacard, HomeVestors® of America, and more. Having joined Imaginuity twenty years ago, Jon comments, “Imaginuity’s collaborative nature and focus on the client’s customer, along with the ability for each employee to bring his/her talents and voice to everything we do, allows everyone to be an impacting part of the client’s business. Also, I love that Imaginuity is an independent company, meaning our leadership makes decisions without pressure and influence from anyone outside of Imaginuity.”

Outside of work, Jon enjoys roadtripping across America, brewing beer, and hanging out with his wife and family. “But it’s also hard to beat pizza night playing D&D with my coworkers.”
