As the Senior Director of Human Resources, Dave’s most important role is to work with the Executive Team in setting the strategic direction of Human Resources. From there, he leads and manages the day-to-day execution of the HR team and the strategic plan. “Hands down, my passion is developing employees and moving them along in their career paths. The biggest successes in my career have been in hiring employees and seeing them progress to senior level roles,” says Dave about his responsibilities.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Texas Tech University and his MBA (Human Resources concentration) from the University of North Texas, Dave spent over two decades leading Human Resource teams in a wide variety of industries, with a focus on setting up HR infrastructures and growing HR functions for organizations of all sizes. In speaking about his time with Imaginuity, Dave says, “Imaginuity is full of very smart, motivated, and creative employees. When not at work, Dave loves watching sports, from NFL to F1 racing. And when he’s not watching sports, his two teenagers keep his wife and him very busy with band and cheerleading.
